KPMG announces transaction services partner KPMG has announced the appointment of Samantha Brewer as a transaction services partner, part of the deals, tax and legal division. Brewer will lead and maintain a number of client relationships for KPMG with domestic superannuation funds and alternative capital markets, along with assisting the delivery of transactions services in the business. She joins the firm having been with Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) since 2006.
